Men Only Lingerie? Check out Rendez-Vous Underwear in Nice

RendezVous Underwear is exactly what it says it is, but with a twist... The underwear store, located in Vieux Nice, sells underwear uniquely for men. Everything from everyday basics to something a little more ooh là là... The term lingerie, synonymous with provocation and seduction, is being redefined as something non-exclusive to women - and it makes a great present too!
Lingerie evokes desire, refinement by using delicate, intricate fabrics. In France, women's lingerie is a national obsession and each piece is as sublime as the next.
For our masculine counterparts though, the same cannot be said. Their underwear enquiry, usually comes down to "brief or boxer?"! As for choice of colours, it's black, blue, white or red. Unless it's a gimmicky limited edition number. And as for patterns - what are the designers thinking! Cartoon elephants, Simpsons characters or geometric shapes. Not glamorous!

The American rap culture gave us perilously low slung jeans, revealing the name Calvin Klein - and somehow their boxer became the undergarment of choice for a vast proportion of the world's male population. Time for a change guys? Philippe and Denis the owners of the sexy boutique in the Vieux-Nice don't just go for ‘run of the mill'. In RendezVous Underwear you will find the usual boxers and briefs. But also g-strings and jock straps to bring out the animal within! Brands such as L'Homme Invisible, Hom, Diesel and Kenzo are all represented. What is more, a new swimwear boutique has opened right next door.
Le RendezVous is more than a store: the team offers great advice, a warm, personal welcome, and put on regular fashion shows to launch each new collection. The shop also stocks a new range of Calvin Klein and Emporio Armani jewellery and leather goods (belts, bags etc.) as well as t-shirts, for all ages, at reasonable prices.
