Lose weight with the 'Osmosis Theory'

Yes, you heard it from FR2DAY first. According to our experts the reason why the super-wealthy are so slim is not because they work out all the time but because they simply own a home gym. Allegedly the body ‘knows' there's a gym in the midst so doesn't dare put on weight. The most excellent of news. And it's exactly the reason why we've put a DreadMill™ smack bang in the middle of the office at FR2DAY HQ. And way hay, it's no doubt the reason why our jeans are always slipping off. FaTastic.

Ben Kefford, the hunkiest of all Côte d'Azur Personal Fitness Trainers (according to his wife, his mother and his great aunt Gertrude) firmly, but just a little too snippily for my taste, has stated that he '100 percent completely, totally and whole-heartedly disagrees with the FR2DAY experts'. Boo hoo. Ben says that to 'Lose Fat by Osmosis' is 'absolute and utter tosh'. He then muttered something highly irritating about ‘regular exercise and a balanced diet'. Whatever, Ben. FR2DAY remain convinced about the Lose Fat by Osmosis Theory. And thank goodness because the FR2DAY Big Boss doesn't allow us time off to even blink let alone to do something as frivolous as jump up and down repeatedly.

So if you don't want to get all sticky and sweaty and waste time using a gym, simply rush out (that's already too much exercise in my opinion) and buy a home with a gym. And why ever not this one in Roquebrune Cap Martin?

450m2 on 3 levels, an exceptional view over Monaco and the Cap Ferrat. State-of-the art finishings and furnishings. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Double reception room opening out onto a large terrace of 350m2 with reversible flow pool (I don't actually know what this is but it sounds groovy), summer kitchen with barbeque and dining area, home cinema and a garage for 5 cars. All set in 500m2 of garden.

Oh sorry I forgot. There's also a Home Gym, guaranteed by the experts at FR2DAY to keep off those pesky extra pounds. So there, Ben.
