One Way to Home Harmony is two Cinemas

This exceedingly fine Villefranche property, Villa La Cascade, not only has a state-of-the-art indoor cinema but also boasts the only private outdoor cinema on the Riviera. Very fancy. And a little more intimate than that outdoor place in Monaco. The only problem is that one might find the breathtaking panoramic sea views just a teeny bit distracting during the slow bits of those really clever prize-winning movies. Yawn.

And what else do I get with my two private cinemas, I hear you ask? Well, you'll also get a leather-lined garage so that you can park up to four cars with your eyes closed - great party trick by the way. And if your guests are still speaking to you after your parking pranks, why not invite them to spend the night in either the 2-bedroom guest cottage or the guest studio.

Additional features include a guardian apartment, an incredible infinity pool with cascading waterfall (this may just have helped the owners come up with the villa's name), a spa with wide screen TV, a mosaic Jacuzzi for either 6 normal-sized or 1 very large person and a thermostatically-controlled cellar. And if all that isn't too much to believe there are also five bedrooms and five en-suite bathrooms in the main villa so the whole family can have lovely naps in between movies. You'll never want to leave this house once I've, sorry, you've moved in.

So if your family is at remote control breaking point just pop into town and have a friendly chat with your private bank manager. We're sure he or she will understand your need to purchase a place of this magnificence. But despair not if your bank is having none of it and politely shows you to the door.  Simply ask those nice folks at Riviera One to turn your current home into a Media Wonderland. Yes, imagine not having to see your family for days and days and days and days on end?

That dream can now become a reality as every family member can listen to their own choice of music, watch their favourite TV programme or enjoy a film, all in a different room or even in the garden and all at the same time. Genius. Either way you can have media magic in your home on the Riviera. For more information on this fantastic villa, visit La Villa Cascade website.
