Monaco bound Lee Mead stops off to help Children in need tonight

Thirty-five year old TV presenter Denise Van Outen and singer Lee Mead are expecting their first child. Denise is 4 months pregnant and said to be 'very happy'. She met the singer on the BBC talent show 'Any Dream will do'. Van Outon was judging the contest which Mead, 28, won to claim the prize of a starring role in Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat.

The couple were married last April, in a private ceremony on a beach in the Seychelles. There were just 17 guests. Soon after, Mead said he was looking forward to starting a family at their 'country pile' in Kent - where they are the proud owners of some sheep!
Lee has also joined a cast of stars to support the UK "BBC Children in Need" appeal by singing on the "Bandaged Together" album, the follow-up to the successful Bandaged album. Lee joins Sir Terry Wogan and singing stars such as Carys Matthews, Aled Jones, Hayley Westenra, Sharon Corr, Elaine Paige, Gretchen Peters, Beth Rowley, Clare Teal, Pee Wee Ellis, Bryan Ferry, Midge Ure, Bill Wyman, Brian May, and Peter Gabriel to lend his support to this great cause. Lee features in 3 tracks: "All You Need is Love", "We All Stand Together" (with Hayley Westenra and Sir Terry Wogan), and "All You Need is Love - Goodnight Mix". The album costs £13, of which £7 goes straight to BBC Children in Need, and you can buy it here.
Looks like everything is going great for Lee and he is soon on his way down to Monaco, where he's due to appear in a few days time, singing at a celebrity event with Sir Tim Rice.
