The Croisette Terrace, which is right on the Center of the Croisette in Cannes, is one of the most prestigious and visible locations in Cannes.

It is ideal for trade shows and for basing oneself at one of Cannes' many congresses, but in the summer the entire apartment can be reconfigured to suit a family atmosphere.

The apartment has many different configuration options depending on your specific needs. The whole apartment is impeccably decorated in a light and airy manner with splashes of color and class.

There are facilities to make up to 6 double bedrooms in the apartment which easily sleep up to 12 people and perhaps more, depending on the configuration.

There are also 2 very large sunny living areas which open up onto the terrace, and beyond that there is a large Boardroom which has meeting facilities for up to 12 - 15 people, and also an AV room.

The most amazing thing about this property is the vast gardened terrace which overlooks the Croisette, and on which one can either relax with panoramic views out over the Croisette and the sea, or one can also hold soirees for up to 300 people.
