Villa Serpolette is one of Cannes best kept secrets. Just of the Rue Velasquez, this villa is nested in a large, beautifully kept garden. There are tables and chairs were you can sun bathe, enjoy summer nights in the garden and maybe even have relaxed meetings under the parasol.

As you enter the house you enter a "solarium" that overlooks the garden, with Moroccan sofas and plush cushions. Here is an ideal relaxing area after a busy day.

On the first floor there are many living spaces. Plenty of tables and chairs to hold meetings, or have large meals. There is a large separate kitchen, and bathroom facilities. This first floor is easily made independent should you wish to entertain or hold a party.

Going down one floor (onto street level) there is a "loft" space. This area has been designed to be light and spacious offering a private bathroom and office space (here you can have a video projector and use the white wall as a screen...) This floor can also be made independent and have street access.

Going back up to the second floor, here you may find three additional bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a large double bed, has a private balcony overlooking the garden, and its own private shower room.

The "wicker" room is beautifully decorated with wicker and iron cast furniture. Also boasting a large double bed and exceptional views from the windows.

The third room has three single beds, the rooms design is very simple yet stylish. Both the "wicker room" and this room share a bathroom. However there is a separate lavatory on the landing. Just to make this floor that little bit more convenient, there is a little kitchenette where you can prepare breakfasts, or even a meal. The whole floor can be shut off from the rest of the house rendering it an ideal three bedroom retreat.

Additionally there is an annex to the villa with two additional rooms with sleeping for three and a private kitchen and bathroom. On the other side of the house there is an extra room ideal for either storage or a maid / nanny.
The villa is only 2minutes away from the Croisette walking past the Martinez Hotel. The Palais des festivals is about a 7minute walk away, either going down the famous Rue D’Antibes shopping street or down the croisette.

There is Internet access and the villa has been designed to be exceptionally cool in summer reducing the need for air-conditioning. In all aspects, and whatever the reason for your stay in Cannes, Villa Serpolette is sure to make your stay extra special.
