Suzy Reed's iconic jazz T-shirts
Legendary music photographer David Redfern - who made his name shooting some of the most famous artists around - and who made history by selling his entire back catalogue of photographs to picture agency Getty Images has now made his work available for you to wear.
The 73-year-old snapper, described as the "best jazz photographer in the world" by world-famous drummer Buddy Rich, began taking pictures in the 1960's - going to London jazz clubs to capture the images which started his career. He then progressed to shooting jazz festivals, and famously had three of his images used when the US Post Office printed a set of 10 Jazz postage stamps in 1995.

But David's partner Suzy Reed has found a unique way to continue David's legacy and allow even more people to enjoy his wonderful work. Under the company name Suzy Reed Ltd, Suzy will print some of David's most iconic shots on t-shirts. Images will include Jimi Hendrix, Mick Jagger, John Lennon, Miles Davis, Blondie and Buddy Rich to name but a few. FR2DAY caught up with David and Suzy at Jazz a Juan last week and they told us all about this exciting new venture and how you can be one of the first to own one of these great t-shirts. They are being sold at this week's jazz festival in Nice. Look out for them on sale at JazzAmy or contact Suzy direct on +44 (0)77 85 36 73 59 or by email

David's great photographs can also be purchased on line and FR2DAY will be running an exhibition over the next few weeks so be sure to check back soon.
