Cheryl Cole is reportedly spending over €110,000-a-year to maintain her stunning looks.

The Girls Aloud star (top right), who recently holidayed on the French Riviera with husband Ashley Cole, is said to be so desperate to keep up her slimline figure and gorgeous looks that she has hired a team of expensive experts to help her.

"Cheryl is the most ambitious person I know," a friend of the singer explained. "She spends a lot of money looking her best, but it's not about vanity, it's about achieving as much as she can. She sees it as an investment - something she needs to perfect to do well in her career."

Cheryl, 25, has been spending a staggering €35,000 on a personal stylist, as well as €10,000-a-year on her hair, €14,000 on a private dietician, €16,000 on personal training sessions, €5,000 on beauty treatments and €42,000 on a fat-burning machine.

While it seems like a lot of money, Cheryl - whose husband Ashley cheated on her last year - thinks it is worth it, and will help her marriage and her career.

"Cheryl knows she lives an incredibly privileged life, yet sometimes things can get on top of her," the friend added. "She's worried about looking anything other than perfect. She knows it's hard to understand her or the huge pressure she's under."
