Win Tickets for the Sizzling Hot Summer Riviera Comedy Club July Shows!

The Riviera Comedy Club offers another great lineup with three excellent comedians for their July shows. You can catch them in Morrison's Bar in Cannes on Monday 12th July, the Hop Store in Antibes on Tuesday 13th (2 shows, 7:30pm and 10pm late show), AkaThor in Nice on Wednesday 14th (Bastille Day) and finally Stars 'n Bars in Monaco on Thursday 15th July. Tickets cost €20 each and shows start at 8pm (except Antibes).

MARTIN MÓR
Born into a circus family Martin had an early career as a juggler, unicyclist, knife thrower, fire-eater, and magician. As the result of an accident in the big top, in which he sustained a shattered ankle, he was forced to retire from performing his freestanding ladder/tall unicycle/basketball act and turned to stand-up comedy.

Since then, he has become a truly global performer, having worked throughout Britain and Ireland, and also in the USA, Italy, Holland, Germany, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Mainland China.

He is also blessed with animal-keen senses that enable him to track people and objects with an impressive degree of success. He also processes uncanny comic improvisational skills.

"He wore us out with laughter … Irrepressible exuberance." The Scotsman

"A very funny lad, with the best beard in the business.” Johnny Vegas

JOE WILKINSON

One of God's great shufflers, Joe resembles a tramp that's been cleaned up a bit and shoved on stage, but beneath the straggly beard lies a very clever comedian.

He has a routine crammed with brilliantly skewed observations, all delivered with an expert level of deadpan self deprecation.

"A natural gagsmith who looks so comfortable behind a mic stand." The Guardian

RICH WILSON
He is rapidly becoming one of the most in-demand comperes in the country with an ability to think on his feet and tame even the toughest of crowds with his likeable, charming manner.

Rich is also a regular at all the major comedy clubs up and down the country including Jongleurs, The Comedy Cafe and The Big Night Out, to name but a few.

"He's a very very funny man." Frank Skinner

"Highly entertaining." Time Out

Tickets may be booked online on the Riviera Comedy Club website. Tickets for the Nice and Antibes shows must be paid for in advance. You may also reserve places for the Cannes and Monaco shows by emailing the organisers. And if you decide to treat your friends, there is a free ticket offered for every seven booked online!

But why go to all that trouble when FR2DAY are offering you the chance to win a pair of tickets to the July show of your choice. All you have to do is submit a joke (preferably clean...and funny!) on our Facebook page (if you are not already a fan, you will have to become one - click the 'Like' button). The best joke will be selected by our panel of comedians (it's a very big panel!) and the lucky winner will be notified by Sunday 11th July.
